Johannes Mainusch

Johannes is a skilled technology leader, with IT management experience spanning startups and large enterprises. He held previous positions at XING AG, Otto GmbH and Deutsche Post - E-POST Development GmbH, where he learned how to scale distributed product development teams (up to 300+ people and 500 deployments per week) while keeping business flowing (more than EUR2 billion in revenue). In 2016, Johannes helped found kommitment GmbH, a democratic and participatory consulting firm. As Chief Technology Officer at NewStore, Johannes is responsible for progressing product development, maintaining platform stability, and delivering innovation together with the company's finely tuned and distributed IT organization. He likes tube radios, fast bikes, collaboration, growing organizations and business.
