Inga Becker

Inga Becker leads Accenture's Quality & Testing capability development for Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Russia. In this role she engineers Accenture's internal transformation from Testing to Quality Engineering with a mix of training, on-the-job experience, certifications and gamification elements. Using her long experience as a Test Architect and Test Manager for large financial institutions she pushes Accenture's thinking forward in terms of proficiency levels, assessing employee maturity with regards to skills and motivating employees to not only participate in this transformation but drive it.
