Businesses need diversity and differences for many purposes that become increasingly important: discover and create new and unusual ideas, identifying risks early, connect to new and different customers, unleash potentials in the ways we do our work ...
And: diversity is hard. It's difficult to work with people who are different. In this session, Olaf will share various methods and tools that help us identify and integrate our similarities and differences.

Extended Abstract
In coaching and leadership training I've developed various methods over the last five years that help people connect with themselves and others in quick and effective ways. In this session, I want to let people experience some of those and give a context on how and why these work.
The methods presented and used will draw from Temenos, Theory U, Clean Language, and others. My main focus is to allow participants to use a few very effective methods they can use the next week and a solid understanding of the principles of how and why those work.
