In several business cases psychological safety is the one basic ingredient team members need to feel, to be able to ask questions, admit mistakes, offer ideas and critique the status quo. Many know and want this, yet how do we get there?
In this workshop, we will dive into a series of facilitator skills, formats and methods. You can participate, facilitate, observe and learn - you'll have lots of choices. You will we able to take away specific ideas, to use in your environment to form containers of trust and help teams and their members unleash their potential.

We will provide you with some very accessible and low level tools and techniques to grow trust rapidly and to build a strong and reliable bond between the members of your team. You will experience yourself with a group of relative strangers what these techniques can do to your own level of psychological safety.
