Extended Abstract:
Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming how we learn, teach, and prepare for the future of work.

This talk invites a critical reflection on traditional education models — from early schooling to postgraduate programs — and the dilemmas we face in a world where knowledge expands exponentially. At the same time, educational structures still operate at an analog pace.

We will explore the growing disconnect between what is taught and what the market demands, exposing the challenges of staying relevant amid such rapid change. In particular, we’ll discuss how this acceleration pressures both organizations and individuals to develop resilience and adaptability, and how unlearning outdated practices and scaling learning becomes essential.

The session will also examine how companies can take an active role in educating their workforce, building partnerships with universities, and connecting with broader innovation ecosystems. By investing in continuous learning strategies, organizations can enhance talent retention, foster team alignment, and cultivate more cohesive, future-ready teams.

Drawing on practical experiences, data, and critical provocations, this talk presents an analysis of education and workforce development in the face of an increasingly technological and rapidly changing world.
