A leading manufacturer of household appliances is serving B2B and D2C distribution channels. Product managers update and release localized marketing texts and media. The challenge is to get those updates online the next business day. Although legacy and state of the art software systems are loosely coupled by asynchronous interfaces, the performance is determined by the workload of the underlying processing queues. We present a novel solution that is visualizing the state of the queues, the position of updates within those and predicting the go live assisted by machine learning.
