There is a gap between what is considered an innovative environment, and the classical management approach with KPIs, OKRs, and other business tools. During this hands-on workshop, the participants will practice overcoming this gap by exploring ways to introduce performance measurement techniques into an innovative environment. The ideas will be supported by cases from the software, automotive, and manufacturing industries.
