Extended Abstract
Leading and transformation starts with yourself. If you lead yourself, you can lead in relationship building and in leading the system. Leading me, leading you is the base for leading us.
This session gives you the space to reflect on what leadership means in your own context, to share and exchange the challenges with other leaders and work on where you want to take concrete action.
How can you lead without having an explicit leadership role or a system supporting your agile ideas? With Temenos we consciously create a safe space for people to show up in the organization and start leading, regardless whether they are assigned to such a role or not.
Leadership is about where to focus our attention. Participants will leave with a lot of clarity on what they want and specific next steps to proceed in that direction. They will have indicators of progress and a buddy to check in with after the conference, so that the intention is not lost in reality.
