The problem with cultural fit: How your recruitment policy may be tripping up your creativity

It's common these days to hear talk of "cultural fit", yet a company made up of people who are too similar is unlikely to bring great creativity or innovative problem-solving no matter how comfortable it might feel. One of our next big challenges will be to understand why and how to embrace and support all kinds of different people in our teams and organisations. This talk uses the backdrop of cognitive bias and the latest research in cognitive diversity to explain why this is important and propel you towards working out how to do so.
