Organizing to Improve Flow - Supporting Agile at Scale with CA Agile Central (formerly Rally)

Scaling agile involves moving from individual teams focused on a single backlog to a coordinated ‘team of teams’ delivering entire programmes. A critical move in this evolution is deciding how best to organise these teams and the work they are doing to improve the flow of value to our customers.
