Andrew Sales

Andrew is an experienced Agile Consultant and has worked with many organisations across EMEA to co-design and deliver Agile transformations. He provides hands on coaching to teams as well as working closely with leadership to help implement and support change initiatives. His expertise lies in coordinating and delivering large scale agile transformations aligned to key business outcomes

He is an accomplished trainer, regularly delivering Scrum and Certified SAFe courses, both as private and public classes.

Andrew is a SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) candidate and has many years experience in delivering SAFe transformations, launching Agile Release Trains and facilitating large scale release planning events.

He is a regular speaker at agile events and contributor to the Agile Community.
