Extended Abstract:
I want to show you methods and a simple but effective process to ideate and innovate with agile & cross-functional teams.
This is an interactive workshop without slides, using pen & paper. The exercises are done with all participants (e.g. the warm-up using Improv Theatre techniques), in small teams and alone, depending on the exercise.
I picked a real scenario from the automotive business, related to the "connected car" and we use the Design Thinking process we started to apply in our company.
Techniques include as of today: Silent Brainstorming, Storyboards, Crazy-8, Mindmapping, “Yes-And” attitude building, spontaneity exercises, and group decisions with visual elements.
