Scrum has been instrumentalised as a "new process". Roles, meetings, artifacts are misused to sell old mindset and an outdated management style in a new outfit. We want to re-base to the Scrum basics of * Focus, * Alignment, * Artful Making, * Self-Organisation, and * Rhythm. In a playful presentation with interactive parts we will share our understanding of Scrum as a transformational container, unleashing people's creative potential to develop great products, together. We want to get back to the heart of Scrum, and Agile.
Target Audience: People, Worker, Developer, Project Leader, Manager, Decision Maker
Prerequisites: Practical experience in agile and/or Scrum
You will learn:
- learn about Scrum how it was meant to be
- overcome Scrum as "yet another process"
- decide on specific things to try at work
We will design the session using the 4C from Training of the back of the room.
Participants will share positive transformational experiences and from these build concrete next steps for participants to use at work immediately after the conference.
The ideas presented will be based on Tobias' book The people's Scrum.
