Sprecher:

There is no perfect practice to design a Kanban system. It is highly dependent on the context of the environment. Best practices and patterns have the limitation, that people limit their thinking to them. I used questions as a key driver to find areas to take a closer look in Kanban Workshops. In this session I want to share some of my questions, that I used in the field, and to interact to find even better ones together with you.

Target Audience: Kanbananisten :-)
Prerequisites: Kanbanoides Mind-Set
Level: Practicing

You will learn:
In this session I want to share some of my questions, that I used in the field, and to interact to find even better ones together with you.
- we will discuss why asking questions is a good way to analyze a Kanban environment
- by taking into account the Kanban principles and practices we are going to find further questions, which the participants can start using in their daily Kanban approach
- we will have a look at questions, that I used in several workshops
